WinFinder ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application operated by Nexiv. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights when using the WinFinder mobile application.

- Identity and Account Data: Name and email address provided through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
- App Content: Custom filters and preferences you create within the app. This data is stored on our servers to allow synchronization across devices.
- Analytics and Diagnostic Data: App usage statistics, performance data, crash reports, and device information collected through Firebase, Google Analytics, and Crashlytics. This may include cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Subscription Data: Subscription status information managed through RevenueCat. We do not store full payment or credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Authenticate your account and provide access to app features
- Synchronize your filters and preferences across devices
- Manage subscriptions and the 7-day free trial
- Monitor app stability, performance, and bug fixes
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third-party advertisers.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on:
- Performance of a contract (to provide the app and its features)
- Legitimate interests (to improve app reliability, prevent abuse, and ensure service security)
- Legal obligations related to subscription management and applicable laws
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use third-party services to operate the app, including:
- Google and Apple for authentication
- Firebase and Google Analytics for hosting, analytics, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat for subscription management
These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies (linked above).
5. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside of Serbia or the European Economic Area, including in the United States, by our service providers. When this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections are used to protect your data.
6. Data Retention
Account data and custom filters are retained until you delete your account. Analytics and diagnostic data may be retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 12 months. Any hashed identifiers used for internal purposes, such as trial abuse prevention, are retained only for the duration necessary and are automatically deleted afterward.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including secure authentication methods and protected data storage. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, request data portability, and lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the app or by contacting office@nexiv.co from your registered email address. Once deleted, your account, stored filters, and personal data will be removed from our servers, subject to the limited retention described in this policy.
10. Children's Privacy
WinFinder is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be made available within the app and reflected by an updated effective date.
